1. You can specify it with the same user based rule, so orders will not get combined with other users.
2. You can also use the order meta key for the uniqueness parameter, it will be another layer of narrowing it down so only relevant orders will be combined together having the same meta key and the value.
3. This plugin does not work with the user role specifically at the moment but yes as I have explained the two points above, they can help.
4. Different payment methods won’t disturb the process of combination, don’t worry.
5. Default working mode is actually manual, when you talk about pro version so it picks up the orders with a certain status you choose and then starts searching for the defined rules, if anything is found against those parameters, the result set would be considered for the consolidation.
6. This plugin does not offer any kind of invoice generation but as it simply generates a new order having the items from the other orders combined in it, you can obviously generate an invoice using another plugin for invoicing as you are using now.
7. The last and important thing about the pro version, do not get the legacy version as that is not being maintained after October 2023 so don’t go for that one.
